Percussion Rhythmyx Training
Percussion Education Services offers a range of core and advanced training for Rhythmyx content management users. All Percussion training courses are presented by a dedicated team of professional trainers, with many years experience in Content Management. Public scheduled courses are run in a dedicated training environment. Courses can also be delivered at customer sites on your own equipment. All course materials are written in English.
The courses combine theoretical sessions with a series of carefully tailored exercises that demonstrate specific aspects of the taught material. The course manual provides a valuable reference for use during and after the course.
Developer Courses
Developer's Training
Laying a foundation for new Rhythmyx developers, this lab-based course provides an extensive examination of content management and provides participants with an understanding of Rhythmyx and its supporting technologies. Each student installs their own Rhythmyx server for use during the course. As the week progresses, activities are designed to challenge understanding in a real world environment with the result being a fully realized new web site. The course ends with a Final Project, designed to simulate a business need.

Advanced Developer's Workshop
Advanced Developer's Workshop course expands upon the Rhythmyx Developer's Training Course to allow for advanced configuration and customization needs of the client's specific Rhythmyx content management solution. This custom offering is based on a syllabus defined by the client. Each topic is presented to assure a solid understanding of applicable concepts and skills required by the client developer to implement complex content management solutions.

New Features of Rhythmyx 6.x
This course provides you with the fundamentals necessary to prepare a Rhythmyx upgrade and to incorporate new features available within the developer environment. The course educates you on what’s now available in version 6 and provide guidance on how to apply these upgrades into your existing environment. This includes practical hands-on exercises to understand the key developer experience improvements to reduce configuration time. This course is designed for developers with experience with Rhythmyx version 5.5 or higher.

Administrator Courses
Rhythmyx Administration
The Administration course combines lectures and demonstrations with ample activities to enable the attendee to experience the activities associated with administering a Rhythmyx installation. Rhythmyx Administration course provides a comprehensive examination of most of the non development aspects of setting up, maintaining, and upgrading a Rhythmyx server.

Business Specialist Courses
Key Concepts
This course provides Business Managers, End Users and Executives with an overview of Content Management and Rhythmyx. This course demonstrates the processes needed to enter and work with Content in Rhythmyx. It discusses the Search component, using Preview and Active Assembly to review outputs, the use of Workflow, various copy options, and how to view content metadata. This course does not include hands on activities, but is intended as an introduction to Rhythmyx for managers and Content Contributors.

Content Contributor Courses
End User Training
End User Training is a custom course designed to prepare Rhythmyx users to use the content management system. A Percussion Education Consultant begins by creating a customized training manual based on the Content Types, business logic and other unique features of your system. The consultant then presents users with a training program designed to speed user adoption by Content Contributors.
Corporate Trainer Course
Train the Trainer Workshop
The Train the Trainer workshop is geared toward corporate instructors, and provides a comprehensive examination of content contribution using Rhythmyx by developing product knowledge and an understanding of the client's specific implementation. This weeklong workshop begins with instruction on how to use Rhythmyx as a Content Contributor in order to provide the necessary product knowledge to successfully teach others how to use the system. Fully customized courseware and presentation materials are developed with the client instruction team to kick start internal corporate training events.
