Percussion provides Technical Support for CM System, whether purchased directly from Percussion or through one of our Partners. CM System clients have the option of contacting Percussion Technical Support directly via phone, e-mail, through our Forum, or our newly designed Support Portal.
Percussion Support Policies and Procedures

The Percussion Customer Forum is a set of online discussion forums hosted by Percussion. Forum topics range from high level business issues to technical deep-dive discussions to suggestions for product improvements. Posting in the forum is limited to customers and requires a short registration and verification process.

In addition to the Forum, the Support Community Portal is now available to all customers. This portal provides a convenient, online method of opening tickets, monitoring ticket status, viewing all tickets submitted through the portal.
