Dundas & Wilson Chooses Percussion Software's Web Content Management System to Drive Information Management

London, UK — February 7, 2007 — Percussion Software and Unified Solutions were recently selected by leading UK corporate law firm, Dundas & Wilson to provide Web Content Management system, Rhythmyx, to redevelop the practice's corporate website and radically change the way D&W's online content will be managed. Upon completion of the corporate site, there are further plans to utilise Rhythmyx in the delivery of D&W's intranet, extranet and micro-site projects.

Content was previously managed and updated by the marketing team across all of the websites, which proved time consuming due to the volume of content. However by utilising Rhythmyx, business users throughout D&W will be empowered to create and manage content within a controlled environment, giving them the flexibility and authority to create and manage content in line with their specific business requirements.

The project will be managed by the marketing team, ensuring that business users are enabled to generate content, while being assured that content is generated in a controlled manner, ensuring brand consistency. Eventually, there will be as many as 50 content contributors within D&W.

Tom Clowes, Director of Strategic Projects commented "By utilising Rhythmyx at D&W, our business community will be empowered to create and manage content in a timely fashion, which in turn will allow our marketing team to oversee the content management project, to act in an advisory capacity and to concentrate on further online projects."

Rhythmyx will enable D&W to leverage a range of platforms and infrastructure that can grow and change independently of its web content management system, by pushing content changes out to multiple channels without requiring Rhythmyx code.

Rhythmyx, Percussion's award-winning enterprise-ready WCM System provides a robust platform for easily managing customer-centric content across multiple sites, multiple channels and multiple lines of business. Tailored for organisations that require seamless support for multiple Web properties combined with easy content reuse, Rhythmyx enables enterprises to build Web sites with frequently updated, persuasive content that is engaging to multiple audiences.

Pete Atkinson, Managing Director of European Operations for Percussion Software said: "Our work with DLA Piper, Allen & Overy, Osborne Clarke, Norton Rose and now Dundas & Wilson, demonstrates that we are making great progress in the legal sector which needs to easily manage and publish centrally stored content."
