Percussion Software Names Michael Alden as President and Patricia Nagle as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Alliances

WOBURN, MA - February 8, 2005 -Percussion Software, a leading developer of practical software solutions enabling customers to maximize the value and quality of enterprise content, today announced key changes in the company's management team. Michael Alden has been promoted to President from Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations, and veteran sales executive Patricia Nagle has joined the company as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Alliances. In his new position, Alden is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Percussion. Nagle is responsible for the company's global sales and strategic alliances, including relationships with system integrators and technology partners.

Alden joined Percussion in 1997. In his current role, he is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Percussion. Prior to this position, Alden was senior vice president of corporate operations, and previously was senior vice president of worldwide sales, services and support. Alden has more than 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. He also spent eight years at Stride & Associates, a leading technology recruiting firm, where he was promoted to partner in 1996. Alden holds a degree in business administration from Saint Michael's College.

Prior to joining Percussion, Nagle was President, North American Operations for Syskoplan Consulting, Inc., where she was responsible for overall business strategy and field execution. Prior to Syskoplan, Nagle was Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Tradeffect, a supply chain solutions provider for sourcing process management, where she developed and executed the go-to-market product and services strategy, ensuring rapid market penetration and revenue generation. Previously she was a founding team member and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Celexis, a digital provisioning company. Nagle has also held senior sales positions at RadView, Vality Technology, Unisys Corporation and AT&T. She holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire in Business Administration and Economics.
