Percussion Software Selects Sybase OEM Products to Extend Content Management System with Collaboration and Portal Capabilities

Percussion Developed a Rhythmyx Product Line Extension in Less than 45 Days with Sybase OEM-ready Mach Desktop and Content Capture Technology

DUBLIN, Calif. - January 26, 2004 -Sybase, Inc. (NYSE: SY), a leading provider of enterprise infrastructure and mobile software , today announced Percussion Software, Inc., an Enterprise Content Management software supplier, has chosen to embed Sybase's Content Capture Technology and Mach Desktop solutions into the Rhythmyx product line, to provide its customers with a unified solution for accelerated content delivery in conjunction with their leading content management system. Percussion selected Sybase® Mach DesktopT, a lightweight embeddable user experience server, and Sybase Content Capture, an embeddable content integrator, as they provide comprehensive user experience functionality, while being easy to embed, customize and deploy.
