Bowling Green State University, located in northwest Ohio, was founded in 1910. It is dedicated to providing a wide array of quality academic programs in a learning environment that promotes academic and personal excellence as well as an appreciation of intellectual, ethical and aesthetic values. A state-assisted, residential institution, BGSU has an enrollment of approximately 20,000 students on two campuses and 840 full-time faculty members. More than 200 undergraduate majors and programs are offered, along with master’s degree programs in 65 fields and doctoral programs in 16 areas.

Cardiff University is recognised in independent government assessments as one of Britain's leading teaching and research universities. Founded by Royal Charter in 1883, the University today combines impressive modern facilities and a dynamic approach to teaching and research with its proud heritage of service and achievement, with 25,000 students and 5,500 staff. Research is undertaken in each of the 28 Schools and there are more than 1,000 research contracts in operation at any one time.

Dublin City University launched in 1980 is recognised nationally and internationally as a centre of academic excellence with over 10,000 registered students and 80 programmes. DCU was the first university in Ireland to introduce work placement (INTRA) as part of its degree programmes. DCU has developed its own research specialisms, creating a number of national centres of excellence that collaborate with other universities and industry internationally. These research centres have transcended traditional boundaries and have been extended to include combinations of academic disciplines such as biotechnology, electronic engineering, physics and chemistry.

Founded in 1907, HEC Montréal is Canada's first management school. It is the first North American school to hold the three accreditations AACSB International, EQUIS and AMBA, and the first non-European school to receive EQUIS accreditation. HEC Montréal's MBA program is accredited by the Association of MBAs (UK), offered in English and French, with over 55 percent international students. It was rated as one of the 10 best MBA programs outside the United States, according to the MBA 2004 classification by BusinessWeek. Close to 12,000 students, of whom 2,800 are non-Canadian visa students and permanent residents, make up the total enrollment. With a multidisciplinary faculty of nearly 240 career professors, HEC Montréal offers 33 management study programs, from BBA to PhD. It features a multilingual approach, with some courses offered in English and Spanish in addition to the French curriculum, as well as French workshops and courses in business English and business Spanish.

Kingston University offers quality teaching and wide-ranging support in a vibrant and diverse university community to over 18000 students, of which over 2500 students are non-UK. Kingston University has 7 faculties which are divided into 26 schools run by over 2000 full-time staff and offers an intellectually challenging and culturally enriching environment for you to live and work in.

The Nottingham Trent is a large, diverse and vibrant modern university. Its mission is to deliver education and research that shapes lives and society and in doing so the university offers a strong course portfolio designed to meet the needs of both students and industry.

The quality of learning at the Nottingham Trent is demonstrated by the fact that it has achieved "excellent" grades in ten out of the last eleven subject reviews undertaken by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. It has also become one of the UK's top universities for graduate employment - with around 97 per cent of full-time students graduating from the university in 2002 gaining jobs or going on to further study within six months of completing their courses.

Queen Mary has over 11,500 UK, European and international students studying in four faculties including Queen Mary College, Westfield College, St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College and the London Hospital Medical College. Although the size and diversity of Queen Mary gives it all the characteristics and facilities of a university in its own right, it is also part of the federal University of London, a wide-ranging body comprising some 40 academic institutions and 120,000 students

The University of Rhode Island is the state's largest university with an enrollment of about 12,000 undergraduate and 3,000 graduate students on four campuses. With nationally and internationally known faculty engaged in a broad range of teaching, research and outreach activities, URI is renowned in many areas, including biotechnology, oceanography, environmental sciences, engineering, and public health promotion. Outreach is at the core of the University's role as a land grant, sea grant and urban grant university.

At the heart of the University are disciplines that promote students' development as critical, independent thinkers and provide the foundation for more than 100 undergraduate and 80 graduate degree programs. Numerous interdisciplinary research programs in place encourage close student-faculty interaction and hands-on learning opportunities with the University's more than 700 teaching and research faculty.

The University's rural, 1,200-acre main campus is located in Kingston, about 30 miles south of Providence and about six miles from the coast. Other campuses are the 165 acre Narragansett Bay Campus in Narragansett, R.I., the Feinstein Providence Campus in the city of Providence, and the 2,300 acre W. Alton Jones Campus in West Greenwich, R.I.

Founded in 1872 as a land-grant college, Virginia Tech is now a comprehensive, innovative research university with the largest full-time student population in Virginia.
