Percussion Software Management Team


Michael Robichaud, Chief Executive Officer

Mike Robichaud comes to Percussion Software from Stride & Associates, a multi-brand placement company, where he was most recently the CEO. Under Mike’s leadership Stride grew in excess of 30% CAGR over a five-year period, expanding the company from a regional office to a national corporation with 25 offices in 11 major US cities. As a result of these and other accomplishments, Mike received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Boston Business Journal’s “40 under 40” awards. He is a founding shareholder and an active member of the Percussion board. Mike holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire.

Joseph Wykes, President

Joe Wykes brings more than a decade of experience working for Percussion Software, and has a strong track record of success. As the Managing Director of European Operations, Joe led Percussion to record sales and dramatically grew the infrastructure. He more recently led worldwide sales and alliances from Percussion's San Francisco office. Wykes practiced law at Lamb Building and is a member of Middle Temple. He holds a BA from the University of London, a CPE from SouthBank University and is a graduate of the Inns of Court School of Law.

Scott Durgin, EVP, Products & Strategy

Scott's principal areas of focus are product development and technology partnerships.  Most recently Scott co-founded Aligned Global – a provider of outsourced engineering services for emerging technology companies. Previously he was SVP Products & Operations at Adesso Systems, a SaaS-based distributed mobile and social media application platform. Before this, Scott was CTO of Gotuit where he and his team pioneered indexing services for streamed & time-shifted video. Durgin was also SVP/CTO at iCast – a large scale interactive entertainment portal for user generated content. He spent ten years at IBM and Lotus where he co-created Lotus Sametime and was Director of Product Management for Notes & Domino. Durgin received his BSCS from Merrimack College.

Bill Beardslee, SVP, Marketing & Business Development

Bill’s responsibility is to define markets, create messaging, develop lead generation programs and build Marketing Services.  Prior to joining Percussion, Bill ran his own consulting firm, working with a range of small to mid-size companies.  He was VP of Marketing at Element K, a provider of learning solutions, EVP of Marketing Services at Harpell and held various titles with the Leo Burnett Company.  He holds a BA from Albion College and an MBA from Emory University.

Peter Webster, SVP, Field Services

Peter’s responsibilities are to develop capabilities and talent within the Technical Services, Technical Support and Sales Engineering organizations.  He is also responsible for developing technical service alliances.  Prior to joining Percussion, Peter was with Adobe Systems, serving as the Financial Services Practice Leader. From 1997 through 2005, Peter swiftly moved up through the Percussion organization, joining the company as Senior Consultant and ascending to lead a significant portion of the company.  Peter holds a Masters of Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland.
