Inside Sales Representative - Content Management

Location: London, UK

Inside Sales Representatives within our Corporate Sales Organisation, work within designated industry verticals to contact and qualify new accounts for Percussion's products & services. This position requires excellent communication skills, drive and an interest in Internet technology and IT. This is a great entry point to your career in Sales! You will interact with prospects, field sales, pre-sales technical engineers and customers across Europe. We are conveniently located on Oxford Street in London.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Develop sales pipeline, achieving personal targets through the use of various qualification methodologies
  • Work closely with the Direct Sales team towards close of an opportunity
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Percussion's products and services, industry trends, and competition
  • Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within customer data base

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to embark on a sales career
  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy interacting with customers via the telephone and internet
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative and take the initiative to get things done
  • Acumen for understanding software technology associated to customers business needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to be flexible and self-sufficient
  • Good written communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, hard working, confident and tenacious
