Barry Reynolds

Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board

Barry co-founded Percussion in 1994 and has also served as its President and CEO. Prior to Percussion, he held senior roles in Product Management and Marketing at Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC). Reynolds is a CPA and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brandeis University. Barry also serves on the board of Axceler Software.

John Devine

Co-Founder, Board of Directors

John has extensive operations and sales expertise and has overseen Percussion's sales endeavors, a core area of operations he also directed at Rapid7, Bond Technologies, and Stride & Associates. Prior to his recent experiences, John spent almost 10 years in IT job placement. John is also a member of the Board of Directors at both Rapid7 and Axceler Software.

Alan Matthews

Co-Founder, Board of Directors

Prior to co-founding Percussion, Alan was a consultant to the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch, developed mortgage-backed securities software at First Boston, coordinated and operated computer graphics lab at HBO/Time Warner, and in the late 1970s served as a programmer and designer for the VM operating system at IBM. Alan founded the Talener Group in 2007. He is also Chairman of the Board at Rapid7 and a board member at Axceler Software.

Michael Robichaud

Board of Directors

Mike is a founding shareholder and was most recently CEO at Stride & Associates, a multi-brand placement company. Under Mike’s leadership Stride grew in excess of 30% CAGR over a five- year period, expanding the company from a regional office to a national corporation with 25 offices in 11 major US cities. As a result of these and other accomplishments, Mike received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Boston Business Journal’s “40 under 40” awards. Mike holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire.

Deidre Diamond

President & CEO

Deidre Diamond leads all aspects of Percussion's organization, defining its strategy and leading operations. Throughout her career Deidre has built large-scale sales and operations teams that achieve high performance by creating possibilities that are above and beyond the usual. By establishing a communication framework throughout the organization, Deidre forges a culture of positive energy, career advancement and a focus on success that harnesses the team’s potential and enables them to reach beyond peak performance.
